Austin Community College Library Services is committed to providing critical support to both students and faculty alike during this ongoing public health crisis. Although the Library has delivered 24/7 support and online materials for decades, it has expanded faculty librarian services to support ACC’s new virtual service and learning environment. In this new space, ACC LS has adopted, revised, and expanded practices for online/virtual library instruction; integrated new software for connecting librarians to users for answering information and research questions; instituted a more formal process for virtual consultations between faculty librarians and classroom faculty; and created new, how-to online resources including videos for students, faculty, and staff. All of these services and resources, as well as information about how we can meet needs, can be found on our new Library Information and Services during COVID-19 LibGuide. Our website and this guide are being continuously updated to reflect the constantly-changing environment in which we find ourselves. To highlight this new, expanded virtual service environment, and to make it clear that “we are still here,” we have rebranded ourselves with a new poster and slogan: “You can’t see us, but we are here to help!
