As the global pandemic accelerates we are inundated with maps and charts showing the acceleration and spread of COVID-19. At the same time, organizations, communities, and individuals are responding in extraordinary ways, worth seeing as a map of responses. We are seeking to share those kinds of stories.
Educators too are responding in truly extraordinary ways, and community colleges have always been at the forefront of offering flexible learning opportunities. We are looking to CCCOER members to help populate our first collection of Extraordinary Stories via this site, especially to show how open education materials and practices help enable such responses.
We are looking for brief stories of human effort and care plus images to represent them. Adding a story should take no more time and effort than sending an email! Browse examples below, explore the full collection of CCCOER stories, and then consider adding your own story.
