23 Colleges + 10K Faculty + 30K Courses + 240K Students = 12 hour days for Virginia’s Community Colleges’ (VCCS) Instructional Designers. 

Each one received a token of appreciation with hats that state “VCCS Instructional Designer: Because ‘Freakin’ Awesome’ is not an official title.”
